The Miles Franklin Award Longlist was announced this week. Arguably Australia’s most prestigious literary prize, the winner receives $60,000.
I am on the road at present so cannot delve too deep into these titles at the moment, but I do want to share the Longlist.

The shortlist will be named on 2 July, with the winner announced 30 July 2024.
